Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, cancellation of order can still be made within 24 hours upon order via email at info@sepatu.co.uk. Please state your order number when contacting us.

Refund Policy

For refund, its easy. All unworn purchases (inclusive of the shoe boxes) may be exchanged or returned for a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt, at which time refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned items.
